3D Design Instructor Kevin O’Callaghan & Kaori Sakai 3D Design was one of the top 3 courses I enjoyed the most during my four years in college, and I was very glad to get to do more hands-on work with physical materials, not just computer software. The guitar is themed after Led Zeplin’s song Black Dog, designed with the goal of looking like a tattoo-style burning heart. The dress is themed after the national fossil day, so I tried to make it look like layers of soil with fossils embedded into it. Both projects took months of hard work, not just myself but my two instructors, whom I am very grateful of. I am proud of the results and have gained a great amount of valuable experience in the process.
